The following are our policies regarding the cancellation of training courses provided by our company.

1. Application confirmation, payment, and cancellation methods

Your application for this training will be confirmed upon submission of the application form or signing of the contract. If there are 10 or more participants, please deposit half of the training fee into our designated bank account within 7 days of signing the contract. Your application will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. If you wish to cancel, please contact us in writing (email is acceptable).

2. Cancellation fee

Depending on when you cancel, the following cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellations made up to 10 days before the event: Free / Cancellations made 9 to 5 days before the event: 50% of the course fee / Cancellations made 4 days or less before the event: 100% of the course fee / No-show without prior notice: 100% of the course fee

3. Schedule change

If you wish to change the date due to your own circumstances, we will accept one change only if you contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Any date changes made after that will be treated as cancellations, and a cancellation fee will apply.

4. Regarding refunds

For tuition fees already paid, we will refund the amount minus the cancellation fee mentioned above to your designated account within 7 business days. Please note that the bank transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

5. Cancellation or change due to our company's circumstances

This training may be canceled or modified due to natural disasters, sudden illness of the instructor, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, the full tuition fee will be refunded. However, we cannot compensate for any resulting transportation or accommodation expenses.

6. Disclaimer

We will not be held liable for any damages incurred by participants as a result of the cancellation or modification of this training program.
