A registered support organization is an organization that provides support on behalf of the receiving company to foreign workers working under the Specified Skilled Worker No. 1 visa, so that they can work and live stably in Japan.
Companies that accept foreign workers with specific skills have a responsibility to provide appropriate support to these foreign workers. If it is difficult for a company to handle this internally, it can outsource support services to a registered support organization.
